2. Moddie > Pre-Qualification Activity
This activity confirms that the referred lead meets the basic eligibility requirements and that a Moddie installation is viable for their budget and property constraints.

2.1. Planning Investigation
This process is raised when a potential planning issue has been identified and we require written planning advice from council. As it incurs cost, it should only be raised after we have completed initial contact with customer.
2.2. Site Survey
We look at the property to check access, land conditions, and anything that might affect the build.
