Activity	Description
1. Referral	This activiity acts as an initial screening process for prosepective clients to ensure they are a genuine fit for our service. It also manages processes relating to: - Clients who are interested but not ready to proceed until a later date - Clients who do not proceed as we want to capture information as to why not proceeding for future business planning
2. Pre-Qualification	This activity confirms that the referred lead meets the basic eligibility requirements and that a Moddie installation is viable for their budget and property constraints.
3. Building Permit	It covers the preparation and lodgement of all required documentation. This includes coordination with professionals, securing certifications, and meeting council and regulatory requirements before construction begins.
4. Construction	It covers the actual build process, including manufacturing, delivery and installation. Managed per approved plans with milesrone checks and photo documentation.
5. Non-Conformance	It involves issue identification, root causes analysis, corrective actions, and resolution tracking to maintain quality.
6. Quote	Generate quote to reflect agreed scope of work. Variations are also managed through this activity.
7. Progress Claim	Issue progress claim invoices based on approved quote value and milestone(s) achieved.
