This activiity acts as an initial screening process for prosepective clients to ensure they are a genuine fit for our service.
It also manages processes relating to:
- Clients who are interested but not ready to proceed until a later date
- Clients who do not proceed as we want to capture information as to why not proceeding for future business planning

Sub-Activity Description

1.1. Initial Screening

We quickly check if the person is genuinely interested and gather some basic details to see if they’re a good fit for our service.

1.2. Discovery Call Preparation

In this process, we ensure the client is going to attend the meeting and prepare the brieifing pack for consultant engaged to undertake the meeting.

1.3. Placed on Hold

This sub-activity is only used when an initial enquiry has been made but customer is not ready to proceed yet. It provides us visibility of potential customers to follow in due course

1.4. Not Proceeding

This sub-activity is only used when a customer is confirmed as not proceeding. This allows us to capture reasons why not proceeding for business development research.
